About
After his first film goes viral online, dismissed by critics as a hoax,
the “Alternative History Guy” (Nathan Head) finds himself recovering from head
trauma, haunted by amnesia and accused of staging everything. But strange
messages, folklore clues, and a shadowy woman drag him back into the mystery
of the "sky key". Beauregard Remington III (Clint Beaver), now exploiting the
phenomenon for corporate gain, resurfaces with his own agenda, while whispers
of cryptids, lost aristocrats, and unclosed interdimensional doorways point to
the haunted slopes of Wraxton Peak. With reluctant allies, the protagonist
must confront the Criniphantom, man-eating Ya-te-veo trees, treacherous portals, and the echoes of
dimensions that refuse to stay shut. But as reality itself begins to unravel,
the question remains: was any of it ever real, or has the hoax become
something far more dangerous?
