Since 2013 Nathan Head has worked closely with the independent comic book publisher Hellbound Media, from modelling for characters in their comics to promoting the publications at ComicCons and Horror Events. As well as his face being the character model for PC Tudor in both their Slaughterhouse Farm and Slaughterhouse Hospital series he also played Dorian D'Arcane in the Dorian & Drama photocomics, where he performed a sort of 'tableau vivant theatre' piece that was photographed by a professional team of creatives in order to tell the story.

Slaughterhouse Farm I & IV
Fourth in the Slaughterhouse Farm slasher/grindhouse series set on a pigfarm in North Wales, written by Matt Warner and AJ Ballard and illustrated by Arfon Jones. Nathan Head modelled for one of the characters in the publication called PC Tudor. Even though issue four was the first in the series that Nathan was involved in, he has been a supporter since issue one and a quote from him was used on the back sleeve of the first installment alongside endorsements from Spencer Wilding (Darth Vader in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) and horror author Paul Kane.

Slaughterhouse Hospital
Follow-on from the Slaughterhosue Farm comics set in a Hospital in North Wales, written by Matt Warner and illustrated by Arfon Jones. Nathan Head modelled for one of the characters in the publication called Barry Tudor, publicity and character-reference photos by Don Jackson-Wyatt.

Dorian & Drama: Reflections of the Damned
Dorian & Drama: Reflections Of The Damned follows the misadventures of failed stage magician Dorian D'Arcane and his kick-ass sidekick Drama McKenzie fighting off black-and-white ghosts that have been released from a vintage camera in a former insane asylum in North Wales. The first comicbook in the Dorian & Drama series, Reflections Of The Damned, was shot at Antwerp Mansion in Manchester throughout the summer and Autumn of 2014 using photography and practical make up and special effects in place of traditional artwork, all comicbook photos by Craig Colville with additional publicity pictures by Don Jackson-Wyatt. The comicbook was launched at the prestigious Wales Comic Con in November 2014.

Dorian & Drama: Masque of the Harlequin
In Dorian & Drama: Masque Of The Harlequin stage-Magician Dorian D'Arcane and his assistant Drama McKenzie return to face a glamorous new enemy at a recently-acquired theatre venue where the theatre staff have returned from the dead as living marionettes. The second issue in the Dorian & Drama series, Masque Of The Harlequin, was shot in Chester Music Theatre as well as Pathway Studios throughout 2015, and on May 14th it was covered on the Channel 4 / S4C primetime magazine show Y Lle. Where the first comic focuses on lighting effects and light-painting, the second instalment is themed around the use of colour as well as utilising creative fisheye techniques. All comicbook photos by Craig Colville with some additional behind-the-scenes pictures by Ryan Kift.
